KYLIE WINNING ON RUBILINI - PHOTOS COURTESY OF HEART OF THE SOUTH RACING

Kylie Manser started her riding career in 2004. She had 10 rides that season and rode two winners, two seconds and two thirds.
HER FIRST WIN came at Pontefract on the John Best horse 20/1 shot BURNT COPPER
In 2005 Kylie had 19 rides. She had three wins, two seconds and a third.
The main supplier of her rides was John Best for whom she won the Group 3 Polar Star Diamond Handicap stakes at Newury on the 33/1 shot MINE BEHIND and winning Kylie a Diamond necklace.
In 2006 Kylie had 45 rides, and was getting noticed by a few more trainers. In this year Kylie decided to break away from the John Best yard in search of more riding opportunities.
Kylie finished 2007 season with
3 wins. 4 seconds. 1 third. 5 fourths.
Brendan Powell and Heidi Sweeting have been Kylie's main suppliers of rides during the 2007 season.
Now in 2008, Kylie is really starting to get herself noticed. She is still riding for Brendan Powell (she is Brendan's apprentice jockey) and Heidi Sweeting but she can now add Annabel King, Noel Chance, Clive Brittain, Jean Rene Auvray, Ralph Beckett and Gay Kelleway to the ever growing list of trainers using Kylie.
Long may that list continue to increase and that her regular trainers continue to use her.
Kylie will always give 150% in every ride, she is always polite and courteous and excellent with the owners and connections before and after the race.
